You’re the pilot of a Memory Maker on Wheels , Professional People Wrangler. You’ll see more of this region than most people do in a lifetime..
We’re not after a robot who just ticks the licence box (though yes you’ll need that). We’re after someone who fits in with us. Because at Barnabus the depot is a bit like a sharehouse: everyone mucks in, everyone’s got each other’s back, with a bit of banter thrown in.
Current MR licence (minimum)
Current Driver Authority or able to obtain one
Comfortable with early starts, late finishes, and the odd weekend charter
Customer facing manner that doesn’t evaporate by hour four of a school excursion
You genuinely like people or at least tolerate them warmly
You show up when you say you will
You care if the coach is clean, on time, and the passengers had a decent trip not because someone’s watching, but because that’s just how you operate.
You’ll fit into a small, tight crew where everyone knows everyone’s name (and everyone’s coffee order)
